"Meals just didn’t seem fresh"
So, I got my order, a few of the meals just didn’t really taste or feel fresh. Like, some of the veggies were soggy, and one of the meals had this kind of weird smell when I opened it, which was definitely not great. I was hoping maybe it was just one bad tray or something, but yeah, it ended up being more than one. Disappointing overall.

"Healthy meals were fine, I think"
I tried a few meals from Redefine Meals i had mixed feelings. Some of the healthier options were actually good, which I liked, but I was a little confused by the portions because they felt smaller than I expected. A couple dishes also didn’t have much flavor, so I wasn’t totally sure what to make of them. Overall, not bad, just kind of okay for me...

"Delivery just isnt dependable"
I couldnt count on the delivery times, which made the whole ordering process frustrating. After a while it just didnt feel worth the hassle for me.

The food tasted fine, but I don’t know why the portions are so small for what you’re paying. I was still hungry after most of the meals, which kind of defeats the purpose for me. Maybe it works if you have a really small appetite, but it just wasn’t enough for me.

"They messed up my meals again"
I ordered specific meals because I had my week planned around them, and once again the box showed up with the wrong items. One meal was missing completely too, which was really frustrating because now I had to figure out something else last minute. Support took way too long to get back to me, and it just made everything more annoying for me. I don’t feel like dealing with this kind of hassle again.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to support, but the whole thing felt frustrating. They took a long time to get back to me, and even after waiting, nothing was really fixed. I’m cautious about ordering when there’s a chance something could go wrong, so this didn’t give me much confidence.

"Pickup works when it wants to"
The pickup situation was frustrating. I showed up when my order was supposed to be ready, but it wasn’t, and then I just ended up standing around with almost no updates. The staff seemed confused too, like nobody really knew what was going on or could give me a straight answer. Maybe the food is fine, but the pickup process feels like it only works when it wants to. Not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Allergen info didn’t give me enough confidence"
I was close to ordering, but once I started looking at the allergen details, I got hesitant. From what I remember, some meals did show allergens, but it still didn’t feel clear enough for me to trust it.
The part that bothered me was cross contamination. I’ve had to be careful with food allergies for a while, so I usually know quickly when a site gives me enough info or not. In this case, I just didn’t feel like I could tell how safe the meals actually were.
It might be totally fine for someone who doesn’t have allergies to worry about, but for me it felt like too much of a gamble. I ended up leaving the site without ordering and, i remember feeling annoyed about it.

"Not as good as they made it sound"
The ingredients were fresh enough, I guess, but nothing stood out. They made it seem like it was going to be something really special, and it just didn’t live up to that at all

I had to reach out twice just to get basic updates on my order which was frustrating

I don’t know, I kind of did the quick mental math while eating and it just didn’t add up for me. The portions felt smaller than I expected, and nothing about the meals made me think, “Okay, this is why it costs more.” It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I’d probably skip it unless they brought the cost down.

"Macros didn’t really line up for me"
I ordered a few meals to try them out, but the macros just weren’t what I was hoping for. The protein seemed lower than I expected, and a couple meals had more carbs or fat than I could really work into my plan. Compared to what I usually eat, they just felt... off. Probably not something I’d order again

"Inconsistent Every Time I Ordered"
I’ve ordered from here a few times, the experience has been inconsistent. The portion sizes seem to change from one order to the next, the flavor isn’t always the same, and a few items have looked completely different each time they arrived. It’s not terrible, but it just doesn’t feel reliable enough for me to keep ordering regularly.

"The food itself is good..."
The food itself is good and everything has been easy enough to order. That said, the menu feels like it barely changes from week to week, so I got bored of the options quickly. I’d probably enjoy it more if there was a bit more variety, because the quality is there.

I really wanted these meals to work out, but they just didn’t reheat well for me. I tried a few in both the microwave and the oven, and most of them came out watery, dried out, or kind of rubbery. A couple had cold spots in the middle while the edges were already overcooked.
What made it more frustrating was that when I reached out, I felt like I was being talked down to, like I just didn’t know how to follow basic heating instructions. Maybe they’re better fresh, but as ready meals, this was disappointing. I wouldn’t order again

"Used to be more flexible"
I’ve used this service for a while and it felt like it used to be better when it came to managing the subscription. I tried to pause my meals during a really busy week, and it was way more of a hassle than I expected. There just isn’t much wiggle room if your schedule changes.

"I was already hungry and not in the..."
I was already hungry and not in the best mood when my order ended up showing up way past the delivery window. What made it worse was that I didn’t really get a clear update, so I kept checking my phone and getting more annoyed.
The food might’ve been okay, but by the time it arrived, I was over it. If I’m paying for meal delivery, I really expect it to come when they say it will, or at least get better updates if it’s running late.

"Meals went bad way too quickly"
I was disappointed because the meals spoiled faster than I expected. It also felt like there were too many steps just to store and keep everything fresh, and even after doing all that, they still didn’t last long enough.
